Mediterranean Residence

Mediterranean Residence

Challenge: A sun-drenched plot with a strong view, where the brief called for abundant natural light without summer overheating.

Approach: Large shaded openings, natural materials (stone, wood) and a calm, restrained palette that lets the landscape lead.

Result: A 3D concept showing how a residence like this could work in practice — the featured piece of our project portfolio, pending real-world construction.
